Nacre & Caviar was born from the meeting of a Frenchwoman who fell in love with Mallorca, the Mediterranean art of living and the French elegance of entertaining.
It is the spirit of long evenings in a Mallorcan patio, candles lighting a carefully laid table, conversations that go on and on, and the pleasure of bringing people together around a singular gastronomic experience.
