Our services
Every event has its own rhythm. A standing party where guests mingle, an intimate dinner, a large celebration where everyone gathers around one spot: we adapt the service to your event, anywhere in Mallorca. Our caviars come from two outstanding French houses, among the most renowned in the world: Petrossian and Prunier.
Whatever the format, the principle stays the same: every gesture is designed so that your guests enjoy a moment, not just a trip to the buffet.
Our way of serving
Kept sealed and chilled, the tins are only opened at your venue.
Mother-of-pearl carries, protects and presents the caviar, preserving its flavour.

Among your guests
Our caviar host moves among your guests, the tin of caviar at hand. Caviar is served on the back of the hand or on a blini, without interrupting your event.
